Zammad accounts from customers where the domain-name in the e-mail corresponds to a registered organization and domain are assigned to the corresponding organization in zammad.
Actual behavior:
System does not recognize or ignore the mail domain of a customer und does not assign the customer zammad account to the existing organization. It has been working for a view days, but stoped working - don’t know why.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Look for zammad accounts / mails / tickets from user of a registered organization in zammad.
Hmmm not sure if I understand your scope correctly.
Domain based assignment happens exactly once during user creation.
It won’t assign already existing users if that’s the aim.
If you believe that users no longer are assigned to their organization based on their domain, the users history should tell.
On Zammad 4.0 and 4.1 there are no known issues of domain based assignment not functioning.
Talking of versions: You may want to consider upgrading to Zammad 4.1 as this is a security release.
