I recently installed Zammad in ubuntu and wanted to integrate CTI with grand stream 6102 but didn’t find any documentation ,
Does zammad works with grandstream

Yes me too i try to implement Grandstream Real-time CDR with Zammad for use the the phone function.
But I think that the ipbx grandstream and zammad react both as server.
I did not find how to bind them together
Zammad provides generic CTI.
You will need to perform the integration yourself.
