in our team we were wondering if there is a possibility to not show merged Tickets in the search. When you are looking for a ticket in the web view and you type in some buzz-words, our colleagues are sometimes having a hard time finding the right ticket (because the title is the same). So they are opening all the search results and if the tickets have been merged a few times it can take a while, because the always pick the wrong ones.
Maybe there is already a function or a possibility to do this? I haven’t found any equivalent questions/ answers on this topic.
