I have a feature request that I’m sure a lot of people will be interested in.
The activity stream for agents and admins is displayed in the dashboard. Unfortunately, agents can thus see among themselves what is happening.
That’s often “privacy” technically not good. We ourselves have often been asked whether this display could not be hidden.
That’s why I’m turning to the Community Forum with a feature request
