Expected behavior:
- Performing a differential migration from OTRS after the first migration finished succesfully. The first migration was 3 weeks ago. Since then we didn´t edit the tickets, but other settings like postmaster-filters, roles, LDAP, …
Actual behavior:
- Differential migration generates several messages:
“Won´t enqueue SearchIndexAssociationsJob (…) because of already existing job with lock key ‘SearchIndexAssociationsJob/Organization/(…)’.”
The migration stops after running for less than a minute. “no more work => false”.
After finishing the migration no new tickets are added to Zammad (a few hundred new Tickets are expected).
