Different kinds of notifications for different groups

• Used Zammad version: 5.1.1
• Used Zammad installation type: package
• Operating system: Ubuntu Server
• Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

I whant to get all notifications in one group and to get notifications only when I am an owner in ticket in another group.

Actual behavior:

For now I can only set the common behaivor for all groups (To get all the notifications for all groups or to get notifications only for tickets where I am owner from all group) . But I can’t to set for one group to get all the notification and for another group to get notification only when I am an owner of the ticket.

You can update the trigger to add the condition you want.

Thanx for answer but those notifications generated not by trigger, it’s system notifications. Trigger can set only e-mail notifications, but I need notifications in Zammad also

1. We need just uncheck the group (Limitations*)
2. Check the flags (All tickets*)
3. Check the flags (My tickets)
