I’d love if Zammad could show a small (custom) explanation for each overview—right between the name and the table:
We’re using custom views for all documents from accounting (‘Meine Belege’), all tickets with type ‘Monitoring’, and so on—and we really want provide customers that use the web interface with a clear explanation of the views.
