Hello,
I mistyped a ticket number and merged a ticket with a wrong ticket.
I have split it off and transferred it to the correct ticket, I would like to delete the wrong “comment”.
Is this possible, maybe through the database console?
Hi,
You have 10 minutes to remove the article after you post it in the ticket.
Afterward, it should not be possible to remove the Articles.
The possibility to remove Articles would possibly compromise the Ticket accuracy and integrity.
There’s also an undocumented hidden setting that you can use to either disable the timer or raise the bar.
You can find it here:
prio: 1,
trigger: ['menu:render'],
authentication: true,
permission: [],
},
frontend: true
)
Setting.create_if_not_exists(
title: __('Defines the timeframe during which a self-created note can be deleted.'),
name: 'ui_ticket_zoom_article_delete_timeframe',
area: 'UI::TicketZoomArticle',
description: __("Set timeframe in seconds. If it's set to 0 you can delete notes without time limits"),
options: {},
state: 600,
preferences: {
permission: ['admin.ui']
},
frontend: true
)
Together with the following documentation you should be able to adjust commands to set this option:
