we mostly are getting Tickets via Mail2Ticket.
The Customer writes a Mail:
Subject: “Help needed”, or “Urgent! Call back!” or something.
So the Ticket just gets the Title “Help needed” that does not tell us anything and is hard to find in the search overview.
So the first thing we do, is edit the Title of every new Ticket:
Organization - Customer - Subject (or customized Subject)
ABC GmbH - Max Müller - Firefox does not start any more
What I would need:
Is there any possibility to use a different default title than just the Subject field?
$Organization - $Customer - $Subject
so the Title was
123 GmbH - Max Müller - Help Needed ?
