Expected behavior:
- direct link to display ticket with ticket number
Actual behavior:
- detail ticket view only contains zoom id which is unknown how to retrieve it for ticket number
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- display detail of ticket
We use often the ticket number in an external system to reference it. We would like display the ticket via a link and provide only the ticket number which is displayed in the ticket. Currently we must provide a zoom id and its unclear how we can translate the ticket number to a zoom id to use this link pattern.
