Thanks for your amazing job with zammad, we’re implementing that on our institution, now I’m working on the technical documentation of our implementation, do you have any database schema diagram?

Not sure why you’d need that.
Just to make sure:
Never fiddle around manually in Zammads database.
It will break more than it will be useful.

You can find all database relevant schema things here:

You’ll have to built your diagram from that, sorry.
