Dashboard: Waiting Time Today is always "0"?

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.4.0-1592470089.65376a81.bionic
  • Used Zammad installation source: apt
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome 83 / macOS

Expected behavior:

  • We open tickets
  • We work on tickets
  • We close tickets
  • We see the time which we needed to solve on the dashboard

Actual behavior:

  • We see dashboard widget “Waiting Time Today” which is always green and “0”

How do you work on the tickets?
With notes only or do you use communication articles (e.g. mail, phone call) ?
