Is there a way that a customer can use CC in the web interface for others in his company?
Even if the customer CCs others via email, the CC customer does not see the ticket in the web interface. It only receives the mail traffic.

No, customers have no option to provide CC contacts.
This would be dangerous because that could potentially allow them to send mails to third parties that are not affected. No matter if on purpose or by accident.
If you’re talking about customers of the same company you may want to consider using shared organizations.
