Hey,
I’m using latest docker-compose.yml setup:

I followed this instructions: [System Notifications — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation](https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/6.3/manage/trigger/system-notifications.html)

```auto
zammad@2920b8279d08:~/app/views/mailer/ticket_create$ ls -l de*
-rw-r--r-- 1 zammad zammad 600 Sep 9 10:32 de.html.erb
-rw-r--r-- 1 zammad zammad 604 Sep 9 10:33 de.html.erb.custom
zammad@2920b8279d08:~/app/views/mailer/ticket_create$ cat de.html.erb.custom
Neues Ticket (#{ticket.title})
<div>Hallo #{recipient.fullname},</div>
<br>
<div>ein neues Ticket (#{ticket.title}) wurde von "<b>#{current_user.longname}</b>" erstellt.</div>
<br>
<div>
Gruppe: #{ticket.group.name}<br>
Besitzer: #{ticket.owner.fullname}<br>
Status: #{t(ticket.state.name)}<br>
</div>
<br>
<% if @objects[:article] %>
  <div>
  Information:
  <blockquote type="cite">
  #{article.body_as_html}
  </blockquote>
  </div>
<% end %>
<br>
<div>
  <a href="#{config.http_type}://#{config.fqdn}/#ticket/zoom/#{ticket.id}" target="zammad_app">In #{config.product_name} anzeigen</a>
</div>
XXX
zammad@2920b8279d08:~/app/views/mailer/ticket_create$
```

(So there is this XXX).

After doing docker-compose restart, the modified template was not used. E-Mail-Header:

```auto
<br>
<div>
  <a href="https://tickets.evil.org/#ticket/zoom/2371" target="zammad_app">In Evil Ticketsystem anzeigen</a>
</div>
<div class="footer">
You might want to use code blocks. Your post is hardly readable and it’s not really clear what belongs to what.
Isn’t [this](https://community.zammad.org/t/where-to-change-agent-notification-templates-in-docker-compose-setup/15460) the same issue?
```auto
services:
  zammad-scheduler:
    volumes:
      - ./custom/ticket_create/de.html.erb.custom:/opt/zammad/app/views/mailer/ticket_create/de.html.erb.custom:ro

  zammad-railsserver:
    volumes:
      - ./custom/ticket_create/de.html.erb.custom:/opt/zammad/app/views/mailer/ticket_create/de.html.erb.custom:ro

```
and then `docker compose up -d` ? But please fact check that, i don’t use docker myself
