Customize mandatory fields for "Creating new customer"

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to customize the “Create new customer” requirement when manually creating a new ticket. By default, I have Firstname and Lastname set as mandatory (see screenshot) but no E-Mail or Phone number (which is in our case the only relevant customer information we need).

Additionally, is it possible to add custom fields (e.g. “Product”)?

I have been skimming through the different settings but without success.

There’s currently no option to set default fields as mandatory (or not).
Technically you can, but this may break things in the application which is why I can’t suggest that.
