Customers have disappeared

Hi,

pretty much all our customers (about 150) have disappeared from the user list; only 20 or so remain, I guess those who were created most recently. With the users, our time reporting is also gone. There has been no manual intervention neither in Zammad nor on the CLI.

I’d be very grateful for any suggestions as to what happened and how this can be avoided or ideally restored.

  • Used Zammad version: 3.5.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
  • Operating system: Debian 10 AMD 64

Best regards

Update: Update to 3.6 didn’t solve the issue. But I have noticed that the users seem to be still there and do appear in the “change customer” dialogue in the ticket.

It now seems that when you scroll down the user list, it just stops when it should probably load the next batch. Unfortunately, sorting does not bring up additional users, only those visible on that first page.

Any ideas?

This is not new and not a bug as well.
Zammads user list is not a complete user list, but a list of the last 25 users.
You currently can’t workaround that behavior - currently the code is not ready for changing that behavior.
