Customer Ticket features

Good Morning,

I’d like to have a functionality that allow us to associate every customer to a specified number of groups. In this way, a customer will be able to create and manage tickets only in predetermined queues assigned to him.
For example Customer User “A" can see and create tickets for groups “1" and “2". Customer User “B" can see and create tickets for groups “1" and “3". Customer User “C" can see and create tickets for groups “2", “3" “4" etc.
