Customer - second email address

It would be great if customers could have a second email address.

emails to both email adresses should end up in ticktes for the same customer.


This would be great. It could be the department(group) address like and a personal mail address like Our goal is to show every user all tickets from his/her department.

I also find this important.

Even CEOs of big Departments sometimes accidentily give us tickets per Mail from their personal Mail Adress, so we can’t guarantee our SLAs. That becomes a big problem for us.

But having a second Mail adress feature won’t work without the merging users Feature, because Zammad would and should always create new users when they are unknown.
