Customer Portal

It would be nice to have a customer portal where the customers can log in and see and edit their own tickets. Depending upon their permissions they can also see all tickets of their organization.
If Time tracking is used it should only show time records marked as billable.

IMPORTANT: internal notes (within the ticket) shouldn’t been shown

Apart from maybe time tracking, all of this should already work out-of-the-box. Customer just have to visit your Zammad URL, click on “Forgot password?”, and enter the email address they used to submit a ticket. Zammad will then send them a new password (provided you haven’t disabled this in the settings) and they can log in and view their own tickets.
