Customer information with mouseover when creating a ticket

When creating a ticket via the green “plus”-button, there is no chance to get informations about existing customers in the customer selection field. When you search for a customer in the upper left search field, you can hover over the results and get detailed informations. (Except the number of existing tickets)

Is it possible, to have such a behavior in the customer select field? So that you can hover over the results like in the attached picture and get the detailed information including the ticket count. (created and closed tickets for this customer)
