Customer information with mouseover when creating a ticket

When creating a ticket via the green “plus”-button, there is no chance to get informations about existing customers in the customer selection field. When you search for a customer in the upper left search field, you can hover over the results and get detailed informations. (Except the number of existing tickets)

Is it possible, to have such a behavior in the customer select field? So that you can hover over the results like in the attached picture and get the detailed information including the ticket count. (created and closed tickets for this customer)

Maybee, i’ve put this in the wrong category and it has to be in “technical assistance”…

The problem is, that our agents often select the first search result in the customer search field. If a customer has more then one entry, then it is possible, that the agent selects the wrong entry. You can only see the user details, if you click on the “user pictogram” at the right of the ticket creation mask. But for this, you have to select a customer and have to do more clicks, if it was the wrong customer.

In the global search box to the left, the user results have a “user-popover”-class, which i think provides the informations if you hover over the entry. Is it possible to add this functionality to the ticket creation mask?
