This is a very simple request. Maybe there is some kind of tweak that I don’t know about… but
I’m not sure I understand why the choice has been made to require hover over to display detailed customer info.
Can the customer information be displayed by default? instead of requiring hover over.
Sorry I’m confused, is this a feature request or a technical question?
Have you tried these buttons on the right? The middle one shows you the customer details.
Not saying we don’t know how to get the details… just saying that extra clicks all day long is a waste of time… why not display the info by default? or at least have the option to not have to click or hover…
