Customer Filter ticket & export

Hi all,
I would like to know if Customer’s account, can filter ticket (e.g. Open, In Progress Closed…) and Export it.

Customers can use the search function just like you.
Everything else could be done via Overviews for your customers if needed.

Exporting technically is not a thing, whatever you mean by it, however, you customer can print the ticket dialogue.
