Customer cannot view Organisation Objects

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: Zammad version 5.4.1-1681892852.be633550.buster
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Package
  • Operating system: Buster
  • Browser + version: Any

Expected behavior:

  • Customer can view custom Organisation objects.

Actual behavior:

  • Customer cannot view custom Organisation objects.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Admin-Systems-Objects-Organisation Create customer object
    Edit object so ticket.customer permission has view shown ticked

Log in as customer
Open Ticket
Click on Organisation (2 people icon)
Only name of Organisation is shown.

This seems to be a known issue which has side effects on the UI:

I’m afraid that’s not possible right now (due to that bug).
