Customer can´t register: Error ID 6WpFsf9t

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: Debian 9
  • Operating system:
  • Browser + version: Firefox and Google chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Customer wants to register at our Zammad Helpdesk. Puts in his Email and Password and can register his account easily without problems.

Actual behavior:

  • A customer wanted to register at our Zammad Helpdesk-Software but the following error appeared:Unbenannt

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • When a administrator creates an account for this customer, he can log in.
    I havent found anything about this issue, thats why i create a new Topic!

The error ID you receive is unique.
Nobody will be able to tell you what the issue is.

Look into your production.log (/var/log/zammad/) and search for above ID.

If I’d have to guess:

  • email address is used already in the system
  • password policy may not fit
