I have created a custom Report Profile, just like this one: http://zammad-admin-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/manage-report-profiles.html
The issue is, the report graph doesn’t show me the number of tickets based on the custom profile query i created. The export CSV file also gives me all the tickets. Not just the specified tickets from the specific company.
Any idea how can I fix this?
Make sure you have your zammad updated - it was fixed 3d ago:

Installation method (source, package, ..): package
Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
Database + version: MySQL
Elasticsearch version: 5.6.7
Browser + version: Latest chrome
