Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 5.2.2
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
- Browser + version: Chrome, 105.0.5195.127
Expected behavior:
- custom field should be shown after third selection
Actual behavior:
- The custom field is not displayed no matter which way I choose.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- First, I have defined a wokflow which hides fields (all custom fields, some non-custom fields).
- A second workflow displays one field and sets default value for “status”.
- The next workflow checks if a specific value is chosen and displays another drowdown field. And so on.
- But the third query will unfortuanately not show the last input field.
- There is no trigger active and I have tested with different object types, on different positions, changed priority and groups, …
- Currently I would say it’s a bug, unless I’m missing something fundamental here. I am grateful for any tip. Below are a few screenshots.
