Custom Field Datetime does not accept anything

  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Edge, Chrome

Expected behavior:

Creating a custom field “datetime” makes it possible to select any date and time

Actual behavior:

It does what it want. In Most cases, the date gets deleted after saving the ticket. In 1 Ticket I was able to enter a date, but doesnt mind what time I enter, it is always 8:00 AM after saving.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

create a custom ticket field datetime. Enter any date and time.

I can’t reproduce the described behavior. When I explicitely state the time and update the ticket, the value is correctly updated. Possibly updating your installation solves the issues on your end already.
