Creator of phone tickets not visible

Infos:

On phone tickets the agent who creteted the ticket is not visible. You can only find it in the ticket history. Is there a way to get the picture of the agent next to the inital article?

  • Used Zammad version: 3.3.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: Debian package
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Chrome 81.0.4044

Expected behavior:

  • Initial phone ticket article should show the agent icon next to the post

Actual behavior:

  • Only customer icon is displayed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a new phone ticket

No you can’t change this behaviour.
If you click on the article body it should show the real from though.

Unfortunately not, it shows only the customer as “from” and the group.
Is there a way to automatically post an article on behalf of the curren user via trigger?
I tried to do so, but the posted article has been created by the system user and placeholder variables have not been not resolved.

No, you can’t create or post tickets/articles on behalf of other persons via triggers. I’m sorry.
