On phone tickets the agent who creteted the ticket is not visible. You can only find it in the ticket history. Is there a way to get the picture of the agent next to the inital article?

Initial phone ticket article should show the agent icon next to the post
Unfortunately not, it shows only the customer as “from” and the group.
Is there a way to automatically post an article on behalf of the curren user via trigger?
I tried to do so, but the posted article has been created by the system user and placeholder variables have not been not resolved.
