Hi Supporters
When creating a Ticket with no owner, then an email is sent to the support group with following content saying that the owner is Nicole Braun:
…
Owner: Nicole Braun
…
We don’t have any User Nicole Brown, it seams to be a default user.
How can this missleading mail content be avoided?

- Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
- Operating system:
- Browser + version:
Expected behavior:
- Nicole Braun is not mentoined in the Email.
Actual behavior:
- Nicole Braun exists in the email.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a new Ticket in Zammad for a group that you are member. Don’t add an owner. Leave owner empty (’-’).
- Check the email you received for your group. You will see that the owner is Nicole Braun.
