Create trigger note from private to public

Wondering if you change a note from internal to public. Is it possible to create a trigger that sends out an email on this?

Have experimented a bit on it without getting there.

No that’s not possible.
Updating the visibility in Zammad terms does not count as an ticket update and thus does not allow you to trigger for that event.

We have the same problem.

We want to send an e-mail to the customer when the agent changes the visibility of a note to public.
How can we do this?
Can we use the scheduler if a trigger does not work?
