Create Trigger "customer notification" after operater reply (public)

my challenge is to create an trigger to send a customer notification (email) if an operator wrote a public reply.

Could anyone help me?


Very poolrly documented for a basic function. I’m looking for that answer too.

Pull requests to enhance the docs if it’s that bad.

You might want to specify the article type, because the above trigger will also trigger on mails you send to your customer. The customer then will receive two mails which is a bad experience for the user.
