I’m using an overview as a simple To-Do-List for my Agents. Work’s fine, however for many little things it’s not neccessary to have any information in the text-field of the ticket because everything is already said in the Title.
Would be nice to have the Text-field as a non-required field for Ticket creation.
It’s the same problem, when you just want to add an attachment without any text.
Not possible right now.
I do not like the idea of users creating tickets without text being entered. (including attachment)
If there is an option you can set within settings then you can let the admin decide.
Not sure if this work is worth time/effort, but I am not a developer.
