What I want is basically what the sipgate.io-Feature offers: automatically create a ticket for each incoming phone call.
But since sipgate charges a lot for their sipgate.io and to be provider-independent (I’m not sure if me and my team will continue to use sipgate forever), I was wondering if theres a way to collect these required information just by a kind of softphone that is registered to my VoIP-account and “receives” calls the same way my phone does.
Is there maybe already a solution for that?
If not, can I control this ticket-creation-process by script/from command line? because for example from Zoiper I’m aware it has capabilities to run scripts triggered by events. Maybe there’s other/better VoIP-Softphones that can handle that too or maybe better.
