Create Ticket with Subtickets


i would like to suggest the Possiblity to create a Main Ticket with Subtickets. Here a Example where this could be used:

  • a new Colleague starts in your company. Now you need a Ticket for different Departments (IT, Communication, Human Resources and so on).

If there would be a way to Create a Template where Subtickets will be created with the Main Ticket, you would safe a lot of Time.


In addition to that: some adjustable workflow implementation would be neat too.

The subticket X only get’s launched when the mainticket is closed
The subticket Y get’s launched directly

I know this Workflows from the Ticketsystem “Help Line” and in many scenarios this made the workflow a lot of smoother.
