Create overview with untagged tickets

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 92.0.4515.131

I am trying to create an overview that will display all open tickets that do not have tags. I can’t seem to find a “no tags” type filter in the list. Is this possible at all? All of the available filter categories seem to assume that at least one tag is set

Hey,

no, there’s no filter logic that allows you to check if any tag or no tag is set.
