Create a new email ticket via different sender


  • Used Zammad version: 3.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: CentOS
  • Browser + version: Chrome (latest)

Expected behavior:

  • Send email via the different sender

Actual behavior:

  • Send email via the first account which added

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create ticket > Email

Let me explain with an example,
I have (PR group) and (Sales group), I want to create and send an email to one of my customers via the Sales group (,
How can I do this? because when I trying to create a new email ticket, the email will be sent from the first email account which I created.

I found my problem,
I didn’t have access to other groups.
