Hi! Tell me please what does “Saved conditions” means in Core flow settings? I read the manual but I did not understand how does it works
As far as I know it is for calling an action when the changes are saved so for a Ticket when it is updated. Otherwise the action would be called immediately when someone makes the change without saving.
Example:
Agent unintentionally selects ticket state “closed” → your workflow that sends a mail for closed tickets uses Selected conditions → mail is sent that the ticket is closed → Agent selects an other state and saves the ticket → Customer is confused
Agent unintentionally selects ticket state “closed” → your workflow that sends a mail for closed tickets uses Saved conditions → nothing happens since the agent didn’t save yet → Customer is happy(I guess)
