Hello! tell me please is there the way to add two the same fields in core workflow?
As I see in admin document there is example of workflow where show ability to add more than one the same field (attached the screenshot from documents, here is “Operating System” field used two times and field “Software…” used twice aswell).
In my workflow I need to use the field more than one time but Zammad not allow to select the same field again (the field not active anymore in selection)
In the action section you can definitely select the same field more than once, but not in the conditions section.
Thanks for answer. Yes I can do it in “Action” but I don’t need it there. I need to have ability to add the same field in “Selected condition”.
