I would like to the ability to convert different types of “select” objects. Particularly single to multi.
Much of the user base of Zammad have been using it from 4.x and earlier so we have many objects that would benefit from being multi select but have made due with single select. Now that multiselect is available converting those objects to multi select would be incredibly beneficial. It means that historic data is not lost for that object (which would somewhat be the case in making a new object as the data would be split between the two objects making search and reporting significantly complex especially in long standing environments). I would understand if it was a one way conversion as I could see how in multi to single (or other object types) stripping nonconformist information could break things.
