Connect() failed (111: Unknown error) while connecting to upstream

Hi
I am getting an error on Zammad error log file as below

[error] 634#634: *1 connect() failed (111: Unknown error) while connecting to upstream, “GET / HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “http://127.0.0.1:3000/”

Hosted Zammad ticketing system on NGNIX with Elasticsearch

I guess you meant “self hosted”? SaaS (at least from Zammad GmbH) does not include any localhost towards end users.

Your nginx basically tells you that it cannot communicate with Puma (Zammads web server). Without the post template and information on web server configuration etc it will be impossible to help you at all.
