Configurable field placeholders/help text on “New Ticket” article

  • As a customer, I want to see example text in the Article fields so that I provide the right details for faster support.
  1. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    Customers often don’t know what to write as the issue in their ticket. A placeholder that describes the expected information would be helpful.

With Zammad standard it is not possible.

  1. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    Admins can define a placeholder for article field.
