Its possible to restore/migrate the 2.8 database to fresh installed 2.9.
Because after I tried to apt-get install libimlib2 libimlib2-dev and upgrade zammad 2.8 to 2.9 encountered error and found out that the new features of 2.9 is not found
Upgrading via Deb is not smooth like before to 2.7 to 2.8
