(CLOSED)Trigger not Working after replace Email Add

  • Used Zammad version: 2.8.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04

Expected behavior:

Send email notification to the customer and added the tag

Actual behavior:

No response no email send to the customer from the trigger but successfully add the tag

all of my trigger are working but after I change the email address at the Admin settings all of my trigger not working

Closed, need to reassigned email add to group after replace the email add. thank you
