CheckMK integration

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: Firefox

Expected behavior:

  • open ticket when an incident comes on my ChecMK’s server

Actual behavior:

  • no ticket open

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Hi There,

I’m trying to plug Check MK into Zammad.
I followed the official documentation to do this.

But, and that’s the problem, once everything done, no tickets are opened on Zammad.
I seems that there is traffic between both servers

I’ve never been comfortable with the notifications mechanism and even less with the APIs.
So I guess I made something wrong in my notification setup.
But I don’t see where.

Someone can help me to solve my problem ?

Thanks

Vincent

Hi There,

I reply to my own post… there is no problem
tickets are opened… and close… but only when hosts are down then up…
I think i need other API to create tickets for other problems (eg : RAM or disk usage)

I will search for it later

Vincent
