I would think that the word “screenshot” should be a marker to prevent sending an issue/a mail if it exists within a text as it is already implemented for “attachment” and further word.
As a german user we also use “screenshot” very often so i would find it useful not only for the english version of the system but also for every other language.

Personally I’m struggling with that one, as I normally write “see in screenshot below” and then inline paste an image. Above change would proberbly get on my nerves pretty soonish.
However, I’m sure @thorsteneckel will have a look as soon as he found time.
