Is there a Chat Agent auto logout option anywhere?
Maybe I have not looked in the right spot, but I don’t see an option that will automatically log out agents from the live chat section at set times, and holidays.
If there is not a built in option, maybe a workaround someone knows about?

Chat agents that haven’t acted within Zammad for a fairly long time (7 Minutes) are automatically inactive chat agents - if all chat agents are inactive in that term, the chat will not be available.
