Channel is active but not fetched for about - email crashed channel fetching

Expected behavior:

Email fetching works.

Actual behavior:

channel is active but not fetched for about 2 days

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

One special email
One advertising email in a mailbox crashes every fetching of mails. This error to find was very hard, because the message in the healthstatus “channel is active but not fetched for about …” doesn’t help as much as it could be (Here would be nicer if the channels named).
Just wanted to post this, to help others who experience the same issue.
Have a look in the mailboxes and move the oldest Emails to a temporary folder, restart zammad and take a deep breath. Thanks for reading and this ticket can be closed.

That doesn’t solve the general issue.
Normally emails shouldn’t crash your scheduler in that hard way.

The mail causing this would be interesting.
