We want to use the Zammad ticket system in the future. We currently have the problem that after a time of about 10-15 minutes, the user is changed to “-”.

The message:
Hello ,

the ticket (Test1) has been updated from “-”.

Changes:
Current User: → -

So nobody owns the ticket anymore and we want to know why this is happening?

Hello patlein,

please check in the group setting the ticket is assigned to the field:
“Assignment Timeout”. Maybe there is your “problem” in numbers.

Oh many thanks. I never notice this field “assigment Timeout”. So I changed it from 30 to 0 now the Tickets do not change there user. :slight_smile:
