Changed notification mailadress but still got the older one

  • Used Zammad version: Zammad 3.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: Linux SelfHosted
  • Operating system: Linux 16.?
  • Browser + version: All browsers

Expected behavior:

  • We have changed our notification mail and outgoing mail adress. Everyone should now see the new address.

Actual behavior:

  • Notification for employees works great, but customers need to see the new one. But they still see the old one. And if they reply (it isnt a no-reply) it wont get updated, while the old address did.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Check if the address isnt anywhere, restarted Zammad services, restarted whole server

Sounds like you added / changed e-mail addresses (even for channels), but forgot to update the outgoing e-mail address within your group settings. Maybe you might want to check that. :slight_smile:

If this doesn’t help, please provide more input.
This includes screenshots of your e-mail-channel-settings, your production.log of the moment you’re testing this and maybe even a triggered mail to a “customer” as screenshot to learn where your issue lays.
