Hi ! How can I change a language in notifications mail ?

Change the language setting of the affected agent and you’re good to go. That is as long as there’s a notification translation.

Thanks but I changed the language to French in zammad settings but in the customer’s inclination notifications arrive in English

You’re talking about triggers which are, at no point, affected by language settings.
